Sae is a Transport Economist at Planning and Transport Research Centre (PATREC) at the University of Western Australia. She holds a PhD in Transport Economics and is specialised in infrastructure investment assessment, cost-benefit analysis and freight planning. She works closely with government departments on transport infrastructure-related work, applying research in real-world projects. Before joining PATREC, she worked as a consultant at an economics consulting firm conducting cost-benefit analysis and was involved in various transport projects in Queensland.
