Sam Crawley is a political scientist whose research focusses the politics of climate change, particularly public attitudes towards climate change. He received his PhD from Victoria University of Wellington (VUW) in 2021. He was awarded a MBIE Science Whitinga Postdoctoral Fellowship, which he successfully completed in October 2023. His broader research interests include comparative politics and the many different ways democracy functions in different countries.
