Samedy Mey is conducting research focusing on Management of Information Technology (IT) and Digital Economy. He studies Management Practices at National University of Managment (NUM), Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Samedy currently participates in DOCKSIDE Higher Education Project between Asia and Europe, and he is traveling especially between Cambodia and France for a research purpose on IT adoption and use.
