Samone McCurdy

I am a senior academic in the Department of Social Work - Monash University. I have particular expertise in gender equality, employment and policy development, with a strong track record providing education, research and advice to large private and public sector organisations on gender mainstreaming and diversity and inclusion policy. I am the recipient of several academic and teaching awards, and a public speaker and commentator on parental leave policy, gender mainstreaming and work/ life harmony.
