Sandra L. Fisher

Senior Research Fellow and Lecturer, Human Resource Management and Technology, Münster University of Applied Sciences

Dr. Fisher’s research focuses in three areas at the interface of human resource management and technology: the use of contingent work, the implementation and strategic use of eHRM, and effective design of technology-based training. Her publications appear in top international journals such as Personnel Psychology, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Human Resource Management Review and she has presented her work at a variety of international conferences. She serves as an associate/guest editor at two leading human resource management journals.
