Sarah Boyd is a specialist in human rights, gender equality and women’s rights in International Development, peacebuilding and humanitarian affairs. She specialises in international gender policy, Women, Peace and Security, feminist foreign policy and Sexual and Gender Based Violence in conflict and humanitarian settings. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Gender Agency, a specialist consultancy providing advice to governments, the private sector, the UN and civil society, and is a Practitioner Fellow at the Monash Gender, Peace and Security Centre. In 2016, Sarah is deployed in Myanmar by the Australian government as a specialist Gender Adviser to improve women's participation and gender inclusion in Myanmar's peace process.
