Sarah Elton is a PhD candidate researching in the area of ecological public health and food systems at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto. Sarah is a graduate fellow of the Culinaria Research Centre, University of Toronto Scarborough. She is also the author of several bestselling books on food and society including Locavore and Consumed: Food for a Finite Planet.
