Trans Health Research Fellow, The University of Melbourne

Dr Sav Zwickl (they/them) is a queer non-binary researcher and educator with the Trans Health Research Group, based in the Department of Medicine (Austin Health). Sav has a Masters degree in Sexology (Curtin University) and a PhD in Gender, Sexuality, and Diversity Studies (La Trobe University) focused on non-binary genders.They also have extensive experience working in peer support roles with LGBTIQA+ young people, and sit on a number of trans health community advisory and directorial boards.
