Sebastian Duchene

ARC DECRA Fellow, University of Melbourne

I work at the Peter Doherty Institute (University of Melbourne) since early 2019 as an Australian Research Council DECRA fellow. I previously held a McKenzie fellowship at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Melbourne.

I am a computational evolutionary biologist and my research consists of genomic analyses of emerging bacterial and viral outbreaks.
