Severin Tchibozo

Tropical agronomist and manager, Research Center for Biodiversity Management, University d'Abomey-Calavi de Bénin

Active in the tropical agronomy (specialist for tropical fauna and flora) with more than 17 years professional experience in estimating forest stocks, inventories and research in mammal and invertebrate fauna and the protection of the biological resources of West and Central Africa.

Author of several scientific and technical publications. Member of the Group on Earth Observations Biodiversity Observation Network (GEO BON), Odonata Specialist Group at the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the American Arachnological Society (AAS) and of several national nature conservation associations (per ex. Association Béninoise d’Evaluation Environnementale, etc.). In addition I participated in research about whales and dolphins as well as sea turtles at the Atlantic coast of Benin.
