Sharon Gander is currently employed as a Lecturer in Policing at the University of Wolverhampton. An ex-police officer for West Midlands Police and recently worked as a course manager for the Initial Police Learning and Development Programme (IPLDP) for new recruit police officers and special constables for Warwickshire and West Mercia Police (2015). Sharon graduated in 2012 from the University of Wolverhampton after studying a qualifying law degree - LLB (Hons) and has recently graduated from the University of Law in Birmingham after completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (2015)
