Shelly Makleff

Dr. Shelly Makleff is a Research Fellow at Global and Women's Health, Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. Her research focuses on global sexual and reproductive health and the evaluation of social and complex interventions. Her doctoral research examined the link between comprehensive sexuality education and the prevention of intimate partner violence among young people in Mexico City and explored evaluation methodologies appropriate for complex and social programs.
