Sibaliwe Maku Vyambwera

Sibaliwe Maku Vyambwera attained the Ph.D. at University of the Western Cape in 2020. She is a lecturer at the same university. Her research interest lies in mathematical modeling of infectious disease dynamics, by using both deterministic ordinary differential equations and stochastic differential equations. The current focus of her research is on the dynamics of Tuberculosis in crowded environments such as prisons, mines and refugee camps, which provide favourable conditions for TB to flourish.
