Silvana Mengoni

Silvana Mengoni is a Senior Research Fellow in Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire, and carries out applied research with children and adults with learning disabilities and/or long-term health conditions.

Her recent research projects include an evaluation of an intervention to improve self-management and quality of life for people with learning disabilities and epilepsy, a randomised controlled trial of a social skills intervention using a robot with children with autism spectrum disorder, and a programme of mixed-methods research exploring early health and development of children with Down syndrome.
