Silvia Griselda

Silvia Griselda is a Research Manager for Education and Human Capital at the e61 Institute. Previously, she hold a Post-Doc research position at the AXA Research Lab on Gender Equality at Bocconi University. Silvia received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Melbourne in 2021.

Her research interest focuses on the intersection of gender, education, labor, and human capital development.
