Simon Haughey

Dr Simon Haughey is a Senior Research Fellow and Laboratory Manager within IGFS at Queen's University Belfast. He specialises in Food Quality, Safety and Authenticity with particular expertise in the development of rapid spectroscopic techniques coupled to chemometrics. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) and a Chartered Chemist (CChem).
