Siobhan McDonnell

I am a Lawyer and an Anthropologist who works on land and governance issues in Melanesia and in Aboriginal Australia. I have spent the last seven years living, working and researching in Vanuatu. I am the former Legal Advisor to the Vanuatu Minister of Lands and in 2013 I was the principal drafter of changes to the Vanuatu Constitution and Vanuatu land laws. I am currently completing a PhD at the Australian National University.
