Siva Purushothuman

Sivaraman (Siva) Purushothuman is a Post-Doctoral Fellow based at Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA). Siva completed his double degrees in Psychology and Molecular Biology (Hons) at Australian National University, followed by a PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Sydney. He also holds a Grad Cert in Management. His previous work at Sydney University explored the overlap of cardiovascular risk factors in dementia and alternative therapeutic options towards disorders of the central nervous system. Currently at NeuRA, he is interested in the pathology and mechanism of neurodegenerative conditions such as dementia and Parkinson's disease.
