Spencer Harris

Spencer is an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. His research focuses on international and Olympic sport governance. He completed his Ph.D. in sport policy at Loughborough University in 2013. He previously worked as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire, Project Manager at Right to Play (Uganda), and Head of Performance and Improvement at Sport England.
