Managing Director, Florida Center for Cybersecurity, University of South Florida

Sri Sridharan serves as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Florida Center for Cybersecurity (FC2).

Sri currently manages and directs the entire cybersecurity initiative at the center, developing projects and establishing relationships between industry experts and educational leaders. His leadership role includes developing professional relationships between Tampa Bay area industry leaders and leading highly qualified faculty to create a collaborative effort in the cybersecurity industry.

Prior to joining the center, Sri led both established and start-up companies, holding top management positions and transitioning them through phases spanning proof-of-concept to acquisition. Over the last 38 years, his areas of professional focus have included:
Technology-based availability solutions for complex business challenges
Solutions for service-quality intelligence on IT performance against business objectives
Solutions for wireless mobility/business process integration
Leading an application service provider with eight international data centers and 64,000 users
Custom applications for global procurement and distribution management
Managed both hosted and in-house hospital information systems

He has worked in small, medium, and large companies (like IBM), and has managed offices worldwide.
Sri has three Master's degrees in Computer science, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics.
