Senior Lecturer in Management, The University of Queensland
I am a Senior Lecturer in Management at UQ Business School, The University of Queensland, Australia. Prior to joining UQ, I was a lecturer at Cork University Business School, University College Cork, and at the Technological University Dublin, Ireland.
My main research interest is human resource management, specifically in the areas of talent management, global mobility, and the future of work. I am actively seeking national and international research collaborators. I am also interested in supervising PhD students in the broad area of human resource management.
