Stefanos is a the Head of the Department of Management at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. Stefanos' scholarly interests range from graduate recruitment, digital competencies and wellbeing to assessing wider diversity and equality issues in the workplace. He has a particular interest in childhood trauma and neurodiversity in the workplace and he has a number of edited book around HRD and hidden inequality in the workplace. Before joining higher education in 2008, he worked in the hospitality and service industry in Cyprus and UK holding a number of supervisory and management roles.
