Stephanie Coen

I am an interdisciplinary geographer working to dismantle health inequities using arts-based and participatory methods.
My primary strands of research focus on: (1) gendered environments of physical activity and sport, and (2) socio-environmental influences on young people's health.
I am an Associate Professor in the School of Geography at the University of Nottingham (UK) and hold an Adjunct Research Professor appointment at Western University (Canada).
