Stephen Kent is a Teaching Fellow in the Birmingham Centre for Railway Research and Education (BCRRE).

Stephen has 16 years experience in the UK railway industry, having worked in consultancy / research and development in areas including wheel / rail adhesion, vehicle dynamics and track maintenance technology.

He provides wide ranging support to the activities of the BCRRE, relating to both the MSc in Railway Systems Engineering and Integration MSc course, and the research and development activities undertaken at the centre.
