Professor Stephen Levine is Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Victoria University of Wellington. A comparative politics and electoral studies specialist, he has written extensively about New Zealand government, politics and elections, and is founder (and director) of the university's Parliamentary Internship Programme. He has contributed to a series of New Zealand post-election conferences and book-length studies, including "Stardust and Substance: the New Zealand general election of 2017".
