Leverhulme Trust Early Career Research Fellow, University of York

Susan holds a Leverhulme Trust Early Career Research Fellowship at the University of York. She completed her PhD in War and Peace at Liverpool Hope University where she lectured in International Relations and was part of the steering committee of The Archbishop Desmond Tutu Centre for War and Peace Studies.

She has published on local peace, conflict transformation, the use of post-conflict divided space, and mapping as a methodology, in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina and also Cape Town, South Africa.

Susan has a monograph published with Palgrave Macmillan and has published in Cooperation and Conflict, and The Journal of Intervention and Statebuilding.
