Susan is an advocate for the teaching profession and committed to preparing graduates to teach diverse students in diverse schooling contexts around the globe. She draws from her broad experiential base in rural, remote and international school settings and university contexts. Susan has been instrumental in embedding emerging technologies in initial teacher education programs in Australia and is committed to the teaching of language and literacy for all.
