Susan Ressia

Dr Ressia is a Senior Lecturer within the Griffith Business School, Brisbane, Australia. Susan’s current recent research interests include a focus on examining the effects and impact of working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, graduate employability, and skilled migration. Susan is co-author of Employment Relations: An Integrated Approach (2nd Edn) and Work in the 21st Century: How do I Log on?. She has published in Gender, Work and Organization, the Asia-Pacific Journal of Human Resources, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal.
