Senior Lecturer, Macquarie University

Dr Tamara Cumming is a Senior Lecturer Macquarie University. Her research focuses on early childhood educators' well-being, the complexity of early childhood practice and early childhood workforce sustainability. She co-leads the Early Childhood Educator Well-being Project (ECEWP) - a multi-disciplinary program of research assessing educators' well-being and working towards developing effective interventions.
