Tamaryn Crankshaw

Programme Leader, Health Economics and HIV and AIDS Research Division (HEARD), University of KwaZulu-Natal

Dr Tamaryn Crankshaw is a senior researcher and leads the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) programme at the Health Economics and HIV and AIDS Research Division (HEARD), based at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She has extensive experience in the field of reproductive health and rights and the cross-cutting determinants of SRHR, including gender-based violence and comprehensive sexuality education She conducts research amongst primarily adolescent and young people, including hard to reach and vulnerable populations in the East and Southern Africa region.
