I am an ARC DECRA Fellow and a Lecturer of Business Information Systems at The University of Queensland Business School. I hold a doctoral degree in Information Systems Science from the Aalto University School of Business. My research addresses issues related to implementing and managing artificial intelligence in organisations, focusing on AI's effects on work, skills and organisational outcomes. My main method of inquiry is the qualitative case study, and I have uncovered various underexplored phenomena using that method.
