Teaching Fellow, Department of Politics and International Studies, University of Warwick

I joined the University of Warwick Department of Politics and International Studies (PAIS) in September 2017. My current research activities comprise media framing and framing effects, with a particular focus on the relationship between the media and public attitudes towards the EU. I am also interested in the study of foreign policy effects of populism, and to what extent populist leaders have "values" or "moral foundations" that distinguish them from other state representatives.
I have a PhD in Political Science from the European University Institute (EUI), and a Masters in International Relations from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
