I am an Associate Professor of Instruction in the School of Interdisciplinary Global Studies and a research fellow and affiliate faculty at the Institute for Russian, European, and Eurasian Studies at the University of South Florida.

My specialties include International Relations, Eastern European politics, Comparative Politics, and Quantitative Methods.

My analyses appeared in media and academic journals, including The Washington Post, The Conversation, The New Eastern Europe, The Globe Post, Belarus Digest, SAIS Review, International Migration, Canadian Slavonic Papers, Nationalities Papers, and East European Politics and Societies: and Cultures.
