Terri Janke

Dr Terri Janke is a lawyer, writer and business owner. She is a Meriam and Wuthathi woman specialising in Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property rights. Her firm Terri Janke and Company provide advice to Indigenous peoples, governments and corporations. Her book, True Tracks: Respecting Indigenous Knowledge and Culture was published in 2021. The True Tracks protocols are a framework of Indigenous engagement. The protocols are used widely in the arts, education, film and science to support collaboration with Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.
