Terry Bowles

Terry Bowles has a background in practice and leadership in schools, and in clinical, educational and developmental psychological practice and research. He has worked at a number of universities and is currently working at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, training educational and developmental psychologists.

His work looks at clinical and normal functioning, focussing on motivation, achievement, communication and relationships. Recently, his work has included topics of change management, adaptive functioning, time orientation and affect, talent and talent development. Most recently, he has been designing and developing selection tools and processes for defining suitability for entry to university programs.
