Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Fellow, University of Liverpool

Dr Tom Hampton is an NHS Clinician and Research Fellow with an interest in clinical ethics, socioeconomic determinants of health and global health.
Tom is currently studying for a Wellcome Trust-funded PhD in Global Health. The PhD will look at pilot intervention and assessments which may address unmet needs given current infrastructure and service provision for hearing health in low resource settings. He also works as an Ear, Nose and Throat and Head & Neck Surgery Registrar in the North West of England. He has previously been awarded an MA in Healthcare Ethics and Law at the University of Manchester.
