Lecturer in HRM and Organisational Behaviour, University of Hull

My PhD thesis focussed on the psychological impacts of engaging in innovative projects. As a consequence a key theme of research is the dark side of innovation e.g. destructive conflicts, stress and poor wellbeing. My other area of interest is the psychological impact of inequality. Specifically I explore how gender and socio-economic status interact with self belief and leadership/career development.
