After 0ver 30 years as a broadcast journalist, the last 23 at Sky Sports, I have been teaching in journalism and sports journalism at Liverpool John Moores University, and have relished passing on my journalistic experience to a younger keen generation.

I went into journalism after my Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism at University College Cardiff, and since moving into teaching I have become a fellow of Higher Education.

I am so conscious journalism is moving on at a pace, and I am currently studying for an MA in Journalism at Falmouth University, part time, on line over 2 years. My interest is in media coverage in the professional journalism.
