Tim Killeen received his undergraduate medical training at the universities of Leeds, UK and Tübingen, DE, holds an intercalated BSc from University College, London and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. After academic Foundation Training in London and a position as a neurosurgical registrar in Wellington, New Zealand, he joined the Paraplegia Laboratory at Balgrist University Hospital in summer 2013. In his MD-PhD thesis he is using 3D gait analysis and magnetic resonance imaging to investigate spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions in collaboration with researchers at Zurich University Hospital.
