Tina Rampino is an applied economist with experience in education and labour economics. She has worked with large longitudinal surveys from both developed and developing countries and the purpose of her research is to uncover the mechanisms behind inequality with a specific focus on education and the intergenerational transmission of disadvantage. She has conducted research on educational aspiration and attitudes of young people coming from less advantaged backgrounds and has a growing interest in internal barriers.
