Ph.D. Candidate in Human Geography, University of Newcastle

Currently a graduate student within the Centre for Urban and Regional Studies at the University of Newcastle, Tom's research focuses on the role of geography in the global translation of policy knowledge. His doctoral research looks at Australian policy approaches to urban homelessness in the context of a global market-place of policy ideas and experts. More broadly he is interested in cities, their politics and their redevelopment.
