Tom Moore

Tom is a Lecturer in the Department of Geography & Planning at the University of Liverpool. He is also a Co-Investigator of the Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence, and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Housing Policy.

Tom has conducted extensive research on a range of housing policy and practice issues, including the growth and development of community-led housing initiatives, and the regulation of the private rented sector. He has led research funded by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, National Community Land Trust Network, ESRC, Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government, and the British Academy.
