Associate Professor in Work and Employment Relations, University of Leeds

My research engages with the comparison of labour relations across Europe. My main interests focus on the dynamics of organisational restructuring and its impact on working biographies, trade union strategy, Corporate Social Responsibility, and more recently on sustainability and degrowth. I have research and consultancy expertise in the steel sector and IT industry.

My latest research deals with young precarious workers in Germany and Poland interested to what extent precarity translates into socio-economic attitudes and political participation.
