Victor Gekara

Dr Gekara is Associate Professor of Logistics and Supply Management in the School of Business IT and Logistics at RMIT University. His research interests lie broadly within the Sociology, Political Economy and Business disciplines. More specifically, his research focuses on the effects of industrial transformations on work, employment and workforce skills.
