Vikrant Minhas researches the mechanisms that allow the bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae to spread around the body. He is also a co-founder of ResearchSat, a company designing payloads that fit within nanosatellites, allowing for scientific experiments to be autonomously carried out in space.
