Research Assistant, Oeko-Institut

Viktoria Noka has been working as a research assistant in the energy & climate division of the Oeko-Institut since 2018. As a social scientist her expertise lies in literature research and qualitative analysis. Her research focus has been on themes such as energy poverty, effort-sharing sectors, and the analysis and assessment of relevant measures and instruments in the EU. She has experience in conducting online workshops and webinars on these topics as well. She gained a Master of Research in “Human Geography: Spaces, Politics, Ecologies” at the University of Glasgow and is currently conducting a PhD on the anti-nuclear energy movement in Germany. Her language skills include German and English.
