My research deals with the building of jawed vertebrate body plan.
I routinely use cutting edge technological tools such as Synchrotron light in order to investigate structures and organs within the head; this helps my drawing new evolutionary scenarios regarding appearance and diversification of vertebrates 450 million years ago. I also intend to put biological evolution in geological context.
