Associate Lecturer in Sport Science, The University of Queensland

Associate Lecturer Dr Vince Kelly teaches Sport and Exercise Science at The University of Queesnland in the undergraduate program and coordinates the undergraduate course "Developing the Elite Athlete" and "Exercise Physiology" in the Sports Coaching Postgraduate Coursework Programs. He is also a sessional lecturer in first, second and third year courses. Dr Kelly supervises several PhD and MPhil and honours students in a wide variety of applied sport science and strength and conditioning projects.

Dr Kelly is an experienced High Performance Manager with 20 years experience in elite sport roles gained in professional football codes and Olympic sport environments. He currently consults to a number of professional sporting organisations. His experience in elite sport spans across a wide range of sports in both the professional environment and within the state institute academy network including Commonwealth and Olympic medalists.
