Walid Marrouch

Dr. Walid Marrouch is Associate Professor of Economics and is currently the Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies and Research at the Lebanese American University. He is also a Fellow at the Centre Interuniversitaire de Recherche en Analyse des Organisations (CIRANO) and the Economic Research Forum for the Arab Countries, Iran and Turkey (ERF). Holding a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from HEC Montréal, his main research interests are in environmental and resource economics, energy economics, applied game theory and development economics. In addition to his involvement in academic research, he has conducted consultancy work for a number of international organizations.
