A PhD student currently studying at the University of Waikato, specialising in the topic on the role of law for "Extended Producer Responsibility". With a strong passion for sustainability and a circular economy, her research primarily examines product-oriented environmental law, waste law and intricate legal issues related to producer responsibilities for upstream and downstream activities. Other areas of research include consumer protection, competition and industry self-regulation. Right to Repair was the topic of her thesis in her LLM at the University of Waikato.
